Meet The Team
Cynthia Haebe
With over 30 years of experience in crime analysis, Cynthia is the founder of Insight Analytics, a company dedicated to helping law enforcement agencies harness the power of data to enhance operations and decision-making. Regionally and nationally recognized for her investigative work during her 10 years at the Brea Police Department, Cynthia specializes in system implementation, Power BI dashboards, Crystal Reports, and phone record analysis.
She has provided expert testimony in phone record analysis and has assisted multiple Southern California agencies through word-of-mouth referrals. Now expanding her services with a team of skilled analysts, Cynthia is passionate about delivering affordable, customized solutions that help agencies leverage data to meet their operational needs and drive results.
Shannon Nurre
Shannon was recruited as part of the team for her extensive applied knowledge of IBR validation and her keen ability to assist agencies with validation issues. With over 30 years of experience in public safety communications, Shannon brings extensive expertise as a police dispatcher, dispatch shift supervisor, and communications manager.
As the agency’s CLETS Coordinator, Custodian of Records, and a Spillman SAA Certified professional, Shannon has proven dedication to excellence in law enforcement technology and management. She also holds IBR Certification and Basic, Intermediate, Advanced, and POST Supervisor Certificates, reflecting her commitment to professional growth. She is close to completing a bachelor's degree in criminal justice. Outside of work, she looks forward to time with her two daughters and enjoys hiking and biking.
